Mark 16:15 - He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
The internet is a
wonderful Gospel tool. Technology is from God. People might use it in
the wrong way, but it is meant to be used for righteous purposes. The church needs to arise
and take hold of it; not to avoid it because it
has been used incorrectly by others, but rather to take it and demonstrate
correct use.
When you respond to the
inspiration of the Lord, you don’t know where it is going to go. The scope and the
influence is huge. So the question is: ‘How
can we use internet media to influence the world?’ Social media and the internet have massive influence. The potential is beyond
imagining. There is exponential expansion. It allows for extreme growth
in ministry. It allows for many more
people to be reached than was previously possible for one individual.
God’s body is anointed to
proclaim the Gospel. As we run with the light,
others catch it too and run along behind us.
